There are a variety of potential reasons as to why your knee is bothering you and I’m not going to claim to have the solution for everyone. However, in may cases, knee pain is a direct result of limited mobility in the ankle, knee or hip. Think of it this way, if your ankle is restricted (even if the restriction isn’t obvious), it is going to cause you to walk a little different. perhaps you pound slightly with each step, this could cause unnecessary stress to your knee.
