Sessions are fully clothed. Please wear clothes that you can move in. Now a days most pairs of jeans are pretty flexible, so even those are often acceptable. Avoid dresses, skirts and extremely short shorts. If you do were a dress or skirt, please bring shorts or leggings to put on underneath them.
No. Simply put, myopractics is a field of its own, and its techniques are not derived from any other profession. So as a myopractor I am not chiropractor, as well I am not a physical therapist, Medical Doctor, Osteopathic Doctor or Naturopathic doctor, to name a few.
