When the body isn’t moving the way it’s designed to, it can’t adapt or function properly—and that’s often where discomfort begins. Myopractic care focuses on restoring natural motion throughout the whole body, not just where the issue shows up, because everything is connected. Looking at the full picture creates space for lasting change.
Myopractor/Movement Specialist
Owner of Natural Motion Myopractics
Jason Alston has been practicing Myopractics since 2013, offering full-body, hands-on care that helps restore mobility and reduce restriction. His journey into this work began years earlier, after a personal experience with Myopractic care helped him walk out of a knee injury pain-free. That moment sparked a lasting passion for understanding how the body moves and heals.
In 2011, Jason began working as a Physical Therapy Tech, gaining valuable experience in movement and recovery. He later earned his Myopractic certification from Natural Therapeutics in Mesa, AZ, and has continued to deepen his training ever since—always focused on helping clients move better and feel better through practical, effective care.

Show MoreMyopractic is a full-body form of manual therapy that uses soft tissue manipulation to help restore natural mobility.
This includes techniques that involve joint movement and realignment—which include popping and cracking—but without the high-force thrusts commonly found in other forms of care. Sessions focus on improving how the body moves as a whole, beginning with the pelvis, which serves as the foundation for alignment and movement. As restrictions are released and motion improves, the body becomes better able to function—and clients report noticeable improvements in comfort, reduced tension, and pain relief.

No. Simply put, myopractics is a field of its own, and its techniques are not derived from any other profession. So as a myopractor I am not chiropractor, as well I am not a physical therapist, Medical Doctor, Osteopathic Doctor or Naturopathic doctor, to name a few.
First of all, if your surgery was recent then your doctor needs to approve getting bodywork. That said, the joint that has been replaced cannot be manipulated, but we can still address tension throughout the body and in the surrounding areas.
