Headaches come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Maybe you get the occasional light headache after a stressful day and many times in this case you can simply drink a glass or two of water and eat a good meal and it’ll easily go away. But chances are, since you’re reading this, your headaches are more frequent and worse than that scenario.

Regardless of the frequency and severity of your headaches, do your best to eat well, stay hydrated and get plenty of sleep.

While there can be a variety of causes for headaches, in many cases it’s as simple as tension in the head, neck or shoulder(s). As a Myopractor I’ll help to free up that tension and get things moving.
